When you send a project brief from the Contact page we receive what you enter: your description of the project and answers to follow-up questions, your name, email address and, optionally, your company, phone number, estimated project budget and desired timeline.

Before your brief is sent, you must confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy. This confirmation is recorded in the notification email we receive. It is an acknowledgment that you have read this policy, not a consent covering all processing activities; the legal bases for processing are described below.

Messages typed into the conversation on other pages are handled in your browser to show a reply and are not sent to us.

We use your brief only to understand your enquiry and reply to you, including taking steps you request before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not use it for marketing and do not sell it.

If you voluntarily provide a phone number, we may use it to respond to that specific project enquiry. We do not use it for unrelated marketing calls.

The brief is delivered by email to office@enhub.ro. The website does not keep a separate database copy of submitted briefs. To deliver the message we use the email service provided by our website platform, which acts as a processor on our behalf. Our mailbox is hosted by our email hosting provider.

Limited technical data (such as your IP address) is used briefly to protect the form against abuse and is not stored with your brief.

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and as required by law. If your enquiry does not result in a contractual relationship, we delete the corresponding email communications within 12 months of our last communication, unless longer retention is required by applicable law or justified for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. You may request erasure of your personal data at any time, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise them, write to office@enhub.ro. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).

The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies set by us.
